PHP Coding for WordPress I’ve been building WordPress sites for well over 4 years now (how I started) and can offer my clients the latest web-standards in XHTML, PHP, jQuery and CSS. Some of the projects I’ve worked on have had be dipping into MySQL and XML and almost all of them have been centred on WordPress. Coding PSDs into WordPress Themes I’m a developer first-and-foremost so I don’t do much in the way of design. I can however convert any PSD or series of mockups into a fully-functional WordPress theme for you. I prefer to use Thesis theme (a framework for WordPress) and skin it up to perfectly-match my clients’ designs. If you’re stuck, I can recommend a number of designers I’ve worked with before to put together something really special for your next web project.

Search-Optimised WordPress Sites Its no good having a beautiful site if nobody can find you. I code all my sites to the latest W3C standards and use Thesis theme where possible to give my clients as big an on-site SEO boost as possible. Although I focus on PHP development these days, I understand the principles of on and off-site SEO and can explain them to you in plain-English.

Updates & Web Analytics A great site is never finished and needs continual work and maintenance to stay healthy and relevant. I can help you out with updates, edits, modifications and even more complex things like web Analytics (to monitor and optimise your site for a particular search term or visitor) and A/B split testing via Google Optimizer.
